Hello my beautiful blog family! I hope all is well. I am doing just fine. Today, I am sharing an older post of what I made this past Thanksgiving. I took it upon myself to “mix” recipes from some of my favorite Vegan cookbooks and from the website..VegWeb. I love that site, especially when I am pressed for time!
This past Thanksgiving, I made Vegan vegetable casserole, Vegan Green bean casserole, Mustard potato salad, Cranberry sauce, and a Crescent roll. I was super excited to be partaking of my second annual vegan holiday menu. Needless to say, it was all a success. We were full and it was filling! I even brought the “no-nog” from the grocery store, to my surprise…it was delish!
